I'll be at the MINI ON THE MACK on Aug 3rd with my R59 and wondered how many others plan to attend.

Wouldn't it be cool to have all of us in a pack together crossing the bridge at the same time?

We should make every attempt to make this happen.

Let me know if you're coming and your thoughts on the subject.

Jud, I know of at least two Roadsters (including mine) coming from our club but I'm pretty sure we'll be hanging with our local mates most of the time, including the crossing. I suspect others may have the same constraint.

Maybe a more workable solution is to organize a sweet rendezvous spot on Saturday afternoon in St. Ignace for a group photo. You could have flyers to tag any unsuspecting R59 seen prior to and during the bridge event that said something like "All Roadsters invited to meet at [X] at 3:00 pm for a group photo op" or words to that effect.

 

That sounds like a better idea. I dont know the area so it would be difficult for me to organize something as you have suggested.

Does anyone from the area have any interest in taking the reigns on this idea?

 

I don't know the area better than you do, but if someone sets up, I'll be there. I'm looking forward to seeing all my Roadster Brethren.
