Could someone grab a tape measure...

And give me the exact internal height of the trunk at the spot it abuts the pass-through?

Assuming by "pass-through" you mean the ski chute (i.e., the access door into the cabin), the boot height is 13" adjacent to the access door.

It is 18" at the top-forward edge of the boot lid access opening.
