When I told them I thought the exhaust tips should be exposed more, he didn't bat an eye. His response was, if we can we will. Having said that, finding the right people to work with is critical. I spoke with a few folks who work on custom cars in finding the exhaust shop. They got it as soon as I showed them what I wanted, no questions.

Back on the early R56's there was a recall to move the tips further under the bumper as some people were burning their legs. I remember it being done to my car and shedding a silent tear as it really did look better with them sticking out further.

Yeah, I figured as much. I'm surprised they didn't put a sticker back there "caution, exhaust is hot"

It's the little things...

The other day I was at the Apple store getting a gift for my wife, and I see this iPhone case that looks like a very close match to the Toffee interior of the Roadster. I'm looking at it and realize it's leather...this is going home with me HaHa

Tints

Today I got my windows tinted. We used 35% 3M FX film. I like the look...ties the roof and body together nicely.

Love the Toffee Lounge Leather I originally had it on my order then changed it, now looking back maybe I should of kept it. I still can't decide which way I should of gone. LOL

Thanks Patrick. Making final decisions on the details is always hard. I originally had selected the Toffee, then changed that to the Recaros, feeling I would regret not getting them. Then, the factory pulls my order and I change back to Toffee. It's funny how things work out sometimes
