What shocks would you use ? Car pulling going over bumps

Hi! Hope every one is doing well !
im looking to get a few parts for the 14 mini cooper coupe jcw - so far so good with the car !

any one install new shocks all around ?
My car has been pretty harsh over bumps and on some bumps it pull quickly to one way or the other , on the highway it could be a little nerve racking !

do you guys have that ?
how do you fix it , is it the suspension?
I would like to make it’s but better maybe softer, but I know it’s a jcw so harsh ride maybe it ?

any suggestions of correct parts or thoughts appreciated,

How many miles on the car?

I would be tempted to upgrade the lower front control arm bushings to poly first. When those go out, handling will be inconsistent at best.

That being said, for shocks, I would recommend Bilstein B6 all around for best handling option. Damping will be spot on for the JCW.

If replacing shocks, also consider this installation kit:

At 60k miles the OEM shocks are likely done. The rubber control arm bushings at 10+ years are likely done, too. Way Motor Works sells pre-installed Powerflex control arm bushings. They can be swapped without fully dropping the subframe, but much easier if you can. I would start with the bushings, and see how the car responds.

You can check the control arm bushings by kicking the front of the front tire and see if it moves any. But I agree with @njaremka
