R58 Lights/electrical

Hi, All. Just bought a 2012 Coupe S and there are some light issues (list below). The drivers footwell had bad water ingress (solved) and I replaced the corroded FRM module and cleaned all the connectors but problems persist. Any hints as to the source of my problems?
(Note - windows DO work)
Interior dome - no
Map lights - yes
Floor lights - yes
Lower instrument panel - no
Front l - no lights/turn at all
Front r - turn & daytimes yes (no hi/lo ctrl)
L & R fender turn lights - no
Rear tail l&r - no
Rear brake l&r - yes
Rear middle brake - no
Rear turn - l yes, r no
Front fog - l yes, r no
Rear fog light - l yes, r no
Rear license light - yes
Reverse light - l yes, r no

First I wanted to let you know, even though you are in the correct forum R58, the R56 forum gets more traffic "visibility". Most of the info, as well as parts on the R56 carry over to the R58.
Second I am not the most knowledgeable on the electronic side but have done a lot of research on this site. (This forum is one of the most invaluable tools I have when working on mine.)
Did you get the FRM coded to your car? I think I have read it is required when replacing it.

If the old FRM was damaged, then data that was extracted from the old module could well be suspect.
Yep, it might have not transferred or be corrupt. You can get a new one or refurbed and have a dealer flash it to Vin. That info is stored at the MINI dealer network and you would know it has the correct info.
