Looking to buy a set of struts shocks complete with coil springs and I have the sport suspension what is the difference in the sets? Struts shocks complete with coil springs for 2013 coupe S that say with sport package are not easy to find and the few I do are out of my price range so I wonder what would happen if I just bought a set not for sport package. How bad could it be? I think I have pushed that little button that says “sport” on it maybe twice in 10 yrs.

 

The "Sport" button on 2nd gen cars does nothing for the suspension...

Some complain that the Sport suspension is too harsh. If your shocks are toast, get what whatever fits your budget. But beware that the less you spend, the sooner you're likely to have to replace them again.
