That actually looks pretty good, and I'm not a big fan of side stripes either.

+1 When i saw them on a JCW back in 2012 I thought wow a side stripe that does look good. I have only seen them on 2 JCW Coupe's and One R56 JCW Hardtop. Not too many people have them.

Thanks! I am enjoying the new look. Like you, I was very hesistant to put side stripes and was not going to experiment for $150! With this ECS deal, I told myself if I didn't like it, off it goes!

I wonder how many of these Coupes are still on the road. I've got #101 on the list and with 90,900 miles it's still going strong. Yesterday I treated it to new wheels and tires (bye-bye runflats!), a CBS belt replacemtn, new rear struts, and an alignment. Love how it now handles.
