Drive Cycle

Hello friends,
I drive a 2014 R57 base model, manual transmission. I was wondering if anyone's had great luck in performing a drive cycle. The steps I found (see below) are hard to complete to the exact specification, and I was wondering if someone has had luck performing the steps in kind of a broken up pattern. I can probably do the first 2 steps sequentially, but then it may take me several more minutes of stop and go traffic to reach the highway to start step 3. Would this mess up the process?

1. Idle from cold for 2 min 10 sec
2. 20-30 mph for 3 min 15 sec
3. 40-60 mph for 15 min
4. Coast to stop; idle for 5 min
* Never go above 60 mph or 3000 RPM
