Sometimes idle high speed - help :(

Hello everyone, I had 3 times for some time after stopping at idle, that it grows to 1.5 rpm and holds for a while, then drops below 800 and after a while it increases again to 1.5 rpm ok ... someone has similar? .. there is no error and the drive is ok, and also not always ... sometimes i drive all day and it's ok :/ ...

So you're saying the engine RPM increases on its own when you stop? That's strange...does this occur in all driving modes (if you have that option on your car?) Do you have the air conditioning on? Could the increased idle be caused by the compressor kicking on?

On my '14 S Hardtop, the engine RPMs will settle back down to about 800 RPM a short time after stopping the car, especially when driving in MID or SPORT. I imagine this is an effort on MINI's part to save a little bit more fuel and reduce noise...
