Switched Accessory Fuses

I've installed a Roav Dash Cam using a mini fuse size "Add-A-Fuse, but having problems finding a fuse that is ONLY on when the car is powered on. Since the Add-A-Fuse needs to be installed with the fuses pointing downward, I need to use F12 - F29 (because F30-39) are blocked by the last bank of standard sized fused on the right). Are any of these mini fuses "Switched" only?

Dashcam

I have an R53.
I wired mine to the back of the cigarette/power socket - easy to get to.
Wire is hidden behind the dash trim & console.
Otherwise, the only symbol I recognize that isn't associated with any delay function might be F25 if that's the screen-wash.

This is strange, at least to me - even with the car off, key out of ignition, I'm measuring 12v to chassis ground across ALL of the ATP mini fuses. I'm going to put this in a separate post.
