I've been annoyed with laying the back seat forward for occasional storage and having to move my front seat forward to accommodate the headrest on our 2013 mini. as stated, it took two minutes to remove the collars. thanks to posters for the how-to.

I agree with everyone, removed the pins 6 months ago on my 2012 MCS, besides improving visibility, the car looks a heck of a lot better without the back rests being almost as high as the top of the front windshield.
Takes a minute or two to accomplish.

Can someone post a picture of what you guys ate talking about ?
My headrests are lower than the chrome bar that pops out in case of an accident
So how come visibility gets improved by doing what you guys are saying ?
Thank you
