Laser Blue is growing on me... my girlfriend thinks it's "girly" though because her phone is the same color

Definitely not a girly color. I'd say it's decently unisex. If you utilize the proper modifications, you can definitely make it an aggressive looking car. *Cough* Plasti Dip *Cough*

It's not a girly color. It's alot sportier than you might expect given the right color contrast either in complete black or white.

 

No, I don't have a MINI yet, just ordered a 2011 though, was going to go with LB and really did like it after seeing pics, but I also liked Eclipse Gray and went with that instead

 

Loving the Lasar Blue everything I always owned has been Black no regrets.

Well done! I really like the blacked out front. Are you going to keep the wheels? I do like the silver wheels on the car. For some reason I have major issues with black wheels, they always look dirty to me.

Thanks. Still up in the air on the wheels. I may keep them as is. I may have them powder coated matte black or I may get Rota RBs in matte black.

I made an appointment with Lyle to have the wide stripes done the same as yours on my LB/LB Clubman.

Also, getting my windows tinted today...but still haven't decided on the % yet. Either 25% or 35%. I'll figure it out when I get there.

 

Like I said before, I would keep the wheels as is. For some reason I just do not like blacked out wheels on any car. I don't know they just look horrible to me.

Hey - you can save money by just not cleaning them! With the brake dust build up they will be black soon anyway

My 2012 R56/MC/Laser Blue/Black Roof/sunroof just left Southampton. I expect delivery by the end of September. Have yet to see the Laser Blue for real, but I already love it! It can't come soon enough!

I can't wait to get back home and drive it. I've been on work travel for the past two weeks tooling around in a crap *** Nissan Sentra - I guess it's a good appliance car - just not for me.

I think I might be the newest addition to the Laser Blue club ... I just got my R56 last month, still have crappy 30 day quite soggy thanks to the DC area rain) dealer tags but I need to eventually transfer my old ones on, I've been lazy.

I'm contemplating pink wheels and pink calipers. What do you guys think? Would that clash with the blue? So far, she's totally bone stock!
