That's not laser blue is it? It looks so different! Maybe it's the lighting.

It does look really clean and "fresh" looking.

edit: I think it's the body color mirror caps that are throwing me off for some reason....lol

Yeah, body color caps and roof... lotsa LB there. Plus it was an overcast day, might have dulled the look a bit, but I liked the contrast against the background.

I'm torn on doctoring her up with some tasteful graphics action or just leaving her... simplicity is a wonderful thing. I'm a big proponent of the Little Black Dress, too.

Regardless, I'll probably end up with black 17s... I really dig the look on roadsurfer's.

My 2 week old Laser Blue MINI!

 

This thread makes me salivate at the anticipation of picking up my baby in a few weeks!! I'll just keep glancing at all your gorgeous Laser Blue pix and keep the hope alive!

 

My LB is now a year old and 13K smiles later I am still loving it!

 

Those white wheels look great with a white top! Your car is the exact opposite of mine, you have white top, white mirror caps, white stripes, white wheels, I have black top, black mirror caps, black stripes, and black wheels!

 

Right on! Love the LB with white accent action. Looks all kinda racy!

My LB MCS arrived at the processing center this morning and should arrive in Indy on the 26th! Now I have to decide on rubber or cloth floor mats. Mine will be a black top with black sport stripes. (The two close together stripes on the hood and the boot.) No colored wheels for me-just silver.

 

Finally got around to taking a better picture.

 

Very nice, Uppercasej ! I ordered white wheels, but THEY (Oxford) decided silver would work better with all the chrome trim I ordered. I waffled about demanding the white, but stayed with the silver. Meh, both look good, although, I like how the white roof, sideview, & wheels all come together. Be proud MINIpeep, be proud.

 

I like ur rude roadsurfer. I've considered the roof racks and no bonnet stripes FTW!

 

Had my laser blue/white with white sport stripes for 3 and a half years. Still look forward to driving it.

Random question, but what type of wax does everyone use? I'm going to go Epic, after all the rave reviews, but I'm trying to decide if I should do a layer of Banana Gloss over top. I've heard it makes darker colors richer, but Laser Blue is such a mixed color that I'm unsure. I do have the black roof, so maybe I'll just do the roof... Ahh decisions
