MCS Auto

Am I hearing correctly, the MCS automatic not available yet. Eitherway, do you think this will be another issue to worry about on the R56. Is this a "new" design and not proven?. Thanks for any info. I think I have it nailed down to a base MCS auto, pepper white, black top and racing strips front and back. The interior white color line only with non leather seats. No other packages due to finances. Just can't pull the trigger.

Why not the 6 speed manual, or do you have to drive in a lot of traffic?
Just curious.

My MCSa is at the Charleston VDC having its JCW Aero Kit installed.

They're out there. Dealers should have in-stock models in the next week or so.

MCSa has been available since mid-March stateside and much longer in Europe. I'll be commuting to and from work in my MINI so I'm getting an auto as well. Living in SoCal, I'm stuck in traffic 95% of the time. Won't be able to experience open roads except for odd hours on weekends. =(

Traffic really sucks here, sometimes I wonder why I don't just commute in a box with wheels, seeing how the avg freeway speeds seem to be 25mph or less.

Silverbullit, I live in CA and 95% traffic as well and a lot of driving. My legs already are aching at the end of the day. I am hoping for some joy from the paddle shifters?. Or no.
