I disappear for a week, and what, like 3 newbs? Welcome! I guess Kitty's order answers the question if NFR was even coming back next year. Good luck on the remainder of the wait!

Mia likes the snow. She got a little scared the first time she slid down our hill, but now she's like a crazed dog who likes to chew on the icicles.

There ya go! I had forgotten about the question as to whether or not NFR would be available in 2008. No more rumor mongering about that,...so what do we rumor monger about now?

Well, there is that. Rumors persist about the existance, but no one has shown any photographic evidence and we NFR types are all about the evidence.

If I can't put my hands on it, then it must not be real! That covers a lot of interesting territory depending on how twisted you are.

I just got back from the Mini Dealer in Scottsdale. While not a solid NFR, I do have in my possession photographic evidence of a NFR convertible! As soon as I can figure out how to get the pictures off my cell phone, I'll post them. They had 3 of the beauties!!!

Here they are. Not great examples of the NFR beauty because they were taken with my cell phone.

Sorry Carjoy...although beautiful, they are not the first. Muse in Florida got the first NFR topless! They were a beauty I tell you...and so was the car!

There was a NFR mini with the same color roof at my dealership when I was ordereing, does that fall into any special category? No Sunroof...

TAKE A PICTURE TAKE A PICTURE....QUICK.....

Is it really a Solid NFR? Or is it just a garbage can lid? Wow....photographic evidence! We no longer have an urban legend!

I must say, I still prefer this color with a different color roof.

If you go to some of the first pages in this thread and look at MUSE's gallery, you should see her and the TOPLESS in there! She was like the 3 or 4th NFR in North America!

I think you photoshopped that. Still don't believe you. Until you put two hands on it

Tough crowd! What else do you want? Should she rip off the side mirror and bring it back as proof?

maybe I could sweettalk the sales person into taking a pic next to it. I'm guessing it'll still be there in a month when i pick up my car so I'll take a pic then. It was kind of ugly. But then I don't really like any color mini with the same color roof, makes them look normal.

Hmmm,..seeing one at a dealership is like looking at a T-Rex in a museum. Sure, they were around once,..but have you seen any in the wild lately? Huh? Have YOU?

Show me one in the wild, then you have got something!

Next time I see one sleeping, I'll sneak up very quietly and grab it by its mirrors and bring home a trophy rack! Hopefully I won't lose my courage because to wake a sleeping NFR out in the wild..... Well let's just say it isn't pretty!

The wild NFR can be rather intimidating, much like that first date.
