Plasti-Dipped my hood scoop (old one flew off) and then took it for a wash since it got up to 65 degrees.. Finally we took a drive down to DC to check out the sites..

I swapped the motor from a 2008 6 speed which forced me to swap engine wire harnesses as well because my 2007 is auto and I was not entirely sure the harnesses were the same ... a lot of work

Just added to the family: 2011 R56 Cooper S hatchback, 57k miles, with new tires, the leather interior and some nice option packages. It's my 27-year-old daughter's and she's really liking the power, handling, double sunroof, auto climate control and interior.

Nice to see a 10 year anniversary MINI Cooper being driven across the country.

Most I have seen have hollie wheels.

I had the dealer switch wheels/tires when I bought the car. They did it for free to make the sale. I didn't care for the "hollie" wheels.
