Those Wheels are pretty nice. Im lucky I picked up a set of JCW OEM Rollers but thos Work VS-XX wheels are calling me. They will have to wait after the Wilwood BBK im buying at the end of the month. Cars are too expensive to have fun with.

 

Very nice! Did you exchange the original fog lamp bulbs with LEDs? Looks really bright and similar in color to the Xenon headlamps, at least in the photo.

Yea I went with the 18"s. The reason being was because I had some old summer wheels hanging around with 215/35/18 brand new tread on them and didn't want to see that investment go to waste. The Motegis are 8" wide! The grip with them is absolutely absurd

 

Looks great. And grip is never absurd! It's like money, you can never have enough.

Damn bro, making moves quick! I like the rims and matching tow-hook. But are the rims missing center caps?

 

I like the Tow Hook - very "race car" like. Aren't you concerned someone with a big truck might just use the Tow Hook to make off with your car? I have the 6MT and I just generally leave it in neutral with the parking brake on. The parking brake is strong, but no match for an F350 and a tow strap. Wheels look good, but I like many of the MINI offerings as well or better. Enjoy!

Achilles - very very nice ..great choice on the wheels, ..that polished center area does tie in well with your chrome...a nice touch, a bit different than many other black wheels.

I added some side stripes and installed my new wheels and tires today as well...

 

Looks good. Did you do them yourself? I added some bonnet stripes today. Unfortunately, I screwed up the on the first attempt and had to redo them. I ordered enough vinyl to do the bonnet and boot, but with the screw-up, I had to use the vinyl designated for the boot on the second attemp on the bonnet. I'll need to order some more vinyl to complete the job. I'll post some new pictures once I get the boot finished.

Thanks guys, yeah I installed the side stripes myself. I had the dealer do the center stripes before I ever picked up the car.

The car rides so much better on the non-runflats!

Thanks everyone! I'm real pleased with how it all turned out. The symbol on the roof is the same as in my signature. Its called a Vegvisir, or a "runic compass" or "viking compass". Its an old Icelandic rune symbol that was believed to prevent the bearer from getting lost. I had it custom made to that size by vinyldisorder.com.
