Nice red chariot, but jeez, drop that puppy! Those Rotas are getting chilly with all that free air on top of 'em... :-)
Change the handling dynamics for a look?
I think the red roof is the best look for Chili Red. Also like the Rota RBs. Had a set of silver ones, but damaged them and switched to Rota Streamlines.

I know, I've thought about it...once or twice. It is really funny how it photographs...it looks like it's got a lot more wheel gap in pics than it does to me looking at it in person. Looking at it, I don't think the gap looks all that bad really. I'll think on it some more over time, but I've had my life share of rough riders after slamming, and I'm not over zealous to do it to this one. Hell, the cars only 10 days old at this point.
Right now she sits at 2" front and 2.25" rear, flare edge to top of tire. Not sure I wanna chew into that on a daily driver.
But...I'll give it some thought. Thanks for the compliments by the way. I love how the red roof with tinted windows look.
This is my '09 Cooper S, just picked it up at the end of August. my next hunt is for pink mirror caps to match the stripes (which, thanks to posts here, I was brave enough to install myself a couple weeks ago).
Today I received my new Mini. This is my first one and I already love her. I took some pictures as soon as I went back home. Sorry for the quality but I have a small Lumix with a very small flash. The Chili Red seems a little orange but I can tell you it is a flashy red !
I ordered the wheels in Great Britain. They are from BK Racing, model 399 in 18 inches. The tires are in 215/35/18. I also have a lowering kit from H&R.
