Just Got "Jack" Thursday 7/30. Been reading this board for about 2 weeks since I made the decision to get him. I have some plans for mods coming up...
Want to black out the lights/gas cap/windows and plan on some graphics for the sides. It's a lot of silver down the side and I need to break it up.

Hey JC55X I'm 6'8'' and drive a Mini. I get the classic line I drive a clown's car when people see me get out. Even though it's has the most driver side interior room I have ever seen and I test drove 12 cars before I got to the Mini even though the mini was my first choice anyway.

 

Awesome Big Joe! I'm going to wait until I get about 1000 miles on the car, then I'll let some of the people who don't "get it" drive the car. I just don't want any one tearing it up before I go through some break in time.

It's good to see another tall guy in a MINI though.

Dirk Nowitzki Drives a mini also and he is 7'0'' 245lbs

Can you imagine someone messing with him... and he pulls over and gets out of his car?????? They would have no idea this really big guy's in that car!!!!

I would my pictures but my car is always either being driven or to dirty...

 

Im 6'8 and that is a total relief! People give me hell about driving a mini...Now I got something to show them.

 

This is what I want I cant afford a works version but I want an S all blacked out mirrors door handles gas cap and side marker everything that is a nice car love the way it looks there are tons of very well done minis here.

I got a lot of crap about my height and the car being small until I found that picture of Dirk like sometime last year and I sent it to every single person I knew. I haven't gotten any smack about the car being small since then amd It's funny because the first thing I do when someone says my car is small I have them sit in the driver sit and tell them to reach the peddles and about %90 of the time they can't. I just smile and there mind is changed and they all of sudden love the car.
