R56 Please post pictures of your R56 here...
They probably don't meet some standard, whatever that is; which is probably not going to keep me any safer or 'aliver' so a pointless federal restriction.
I wish those seats where an option to us.
The new R56 finally came in! Woo Hoo! Mods will begin soon (more photos then). Apologies for the poor images, my friend and I will be doing some actual portraits of the car soon.

I painted everything with the excaption on the belt line and handles. I did the handles myself with black vinyal. I own a custom paint shop so I have all the tools and a spray booth.
My New R56
Just picked up a new 'S' a couple of days ago. This new R56 is really sweet. It is pretty stripped out but I will be upgrading it with lightweight goodies. I'm still dreaming up a graphic treatment for her. I have the 16" wheels and the ride quality is reasonable - even with the run flats - a bit smoother than my Atom
. I'm looking at some light 17" with non-run flat tires. Stock gear **** needs to be replaced with a fully round substitute - I don't like the way the top edge feels in my palm. I love the acceleration increase over the R50 I had. The handling is fun. Can't wait to get her to the track...

I owned an R50 but sold it after having our 3rd kid. See pic below. I miss that MINI. This website has sure grown since I first visited yrs ago! It has really become a great resource!

Agreed, that R56(PW/Red) looks sweet! My R50 had the red interior and it was great. I would have liked an R56 in the same combo but did not find one.
I absolutely love the interior combo and since we weren't in a hurry to get the car we decided to build it exactly as we like.
Yeah, I ordered my r50 so was able to choose the combo I wanted. This time I took a car off the lot.

Other pics of my Roof Graphic, the flag comes from US by Cooper Flags; i love US, my Mini is totally US spec!!
