Yes, including the O2 sensor codes. The alternator is on the BSD bus network. Taking down the BSD bus prevents proper alternator charging, which in turn leads to a general under-voltage condition.

What causes these problems? The oil volume sensor in the oil pan wicks engine oil that creates a local sensor short and that can travel along the wires all the way to the DME connectors and DME. It's a well known BMW/Mini issue.
So, do you suggest replacing the oil sensor? It isn't very expensive.

Replacing the bad sensor must done eventually, but it may be the last step of three steps because the oil pan must be dropped to replace the sensor.

The recommended first step is to disconnect the battery and then the three DME connectors. This is done to check whether engine oil has already wicked into the DME connectors and DME. The mentioned O2 sensor codes suggest that you may find oil in the DME connectors and the DME.

The recommended second step is to unplug the oil sensor connector located at the rear of the block and to check for oil wicked into that connector as well. There may also be a useful diagnostic test to perform here.

This is just an overall summary. I can provide more details as needed.
