R56 R56 MC Base color discrepancy

R56 MC Base color discrepancy
I have a 2009 MC Base in pepper white and i'm wondering why the Title and the Carfax history has the Vehicle color noted as Gray.
The only reason i can think of is it has [4A7] Dark Grey Color Line listed as a installed option on the window sticker, could that be the reason?
