Please help ID hose

I have a 2009 mini cooper s, has a hose off back of crank case that I think is breather hose it also goes into the intake manifold each one separately in a T. They leak and I want to replace the part but can't find it anywhere if someone could PLEASE help me it's driving me crazy

It's definitely a breather hose for the pcv system........That picture your showing looks like someone made it up.....
The breather hose connects from the back of the valve cover to the throttle body....
I would like to know where does the individual T's connect to.....

So I am not crazy, I knew it had to be the breather but it didn't make sense because I couldn't find any parts that look like that or any other person's who had that style. Each T branches off and goes to each arm of the intake manifold and it's connected to it. It doesn't hook up underneath where you would expect it to. I put the clamps on there as a way to get by untill I could replace the hose. It doesn't seem homemade though because each T has a rubber boot that goes into each arm of the manifold. This is why I am so confused.

Each white part is a T in the line and goes to the corresponding arm of the manifold
