Bought a 2013 MCs a while back and really like to know if it has a tune on it. It had a few mods all ready when I bought it from a dealer. Is there any markings on the ECU? When in sport mode, it pops and rumbles from exhaust. Is that normal?

 

Some pops and rumbles are normal in sport mode. What mods were installed already? There wouldn’t be any external on the ECU, unless it was loaded with the dealer JCW tuning kit. Then it would have a JCW sticker on the ECU.

 

Thanks, it has full cat back Borla exhaust, K&N Typhoon intake, JB add on tuner, catless downpipe and JCW turbo. I have added a larger intercooler and AEM H2O/Meth injection. If I got a tune, what would be best for this combo?

 

The JB+ is your tune, but it isn’t really optimized solution. The good news is that you should be able to recover some cost by selling it. For a full recalibration of your ECU, get in touch with @Lou@Prototype-R
