help; diagnosing my Mini codes

So I recently purchased 07' R56 hatchback (manual) mini cooper S at 112,000 miles. she runs fine, got the tune up done and fluids filled. i dont notice coolant leaking, being it's maintaining. I'm concerned with the codes that it's experiencing. I haven't noticed the drive being too different but i could be dumbfounded with this as well...sometimes I think that I lose performance when I accelerating i'm getting these codes coming up : i done this with ANCEL BM700 multi-system scanner

P112B; ;current
P115C current
P0128 generic current current thermostat (coolant temperature below thermostat regulating temperature)
P115D current
P112B pending
P115C pending
P1028 generic pending

Then I performed a seletect system diagnose
CAS; OK
ECM: 5 errors
ABS/ASC/DSC 1 error
JBE OK
CCC-GW OK
Airbag-SLZ 1 error
INSTR OK
SHD OK
FRM (footwell module) 6 errors
MRS OK
IHKA 6 errors
CCC-BO OK
Most System Analysis OK
Can Communication Analysis OK

ECM read fault codes:
2F22 engine temperature plausibility
2B5C Air Mass Sensor plausibility
2F07 Map thermostat mechanism
2B5B Air mass sensor, plausibility
275F fuel-level sensor electric

abs/asc/dsc
5E5C brake pad wear indicator front brake pad
5E31 control unit; voltage fault under voltage
thats what I got so far on my notes

So..I guess my question is where do I start, I know that the intake has been changed and I'm considering changing it back to the original parts that way maybe it would clear up some of these codes is what I'm hoping for... I am not sure if the system diagnose area I should just start buying parts and hope that I resolve the issue.... any feedback would be greatly appreciated. thanks for you time
These are the definitions of the codes from when I started this forum

P115C MASS OR VOLUME AIR FLOW "A" AIR MASS TOO LOW COMPAED TO MODEL (HFM AIR FLOW SENSOR CIRCUIT/HARNESS IS OPEN OR SHORTED, POOR ELECTRICAL CONNECTION. FAULTY HFM AIR FLOW SENSOR; INTAKE SYSTEM LEAKING, OR COLLATERAL FAULT CAUSED BY OTHER COMPONENTS IN THE INTAKE SYSTEM, VALVETRONIC, TURBOCHARGER

p115d: MASS OR VOLUME AIR FLOW 'A' AIR MASS TOO HIGH COMPARED TO MODEL -- SAVE AS ABOVE
p0128 Thermostat low coolant temperature -- leaking or open thermostat, low engine coolant level, insuffficient warm up time, faulty engine coolant temp. sensor, engine coolant temperature sensor harness/circuit has poor electrical connection or is open/shorted

P112B engine coolant temperature too low-- low engine coolant, faulty thermostat, faultty engine coolant temeprature sensor, engine coolant temp. shorted, open or poor electrical connection.
