R56 S Boost Levels

The car has been down for about 2 years because the oil cooler was spraying oil everywhere. Finally after $4000 in repairs all codes are gone and I am running smooth.

Before all my problems my mini was hitting about 12 lbs of boost. now with the Jb+ it only hits 9.4 psi on 2nd gear pulls. There are no codes and everything seems to be running fine. The mechanic also checked for boost leaks. Only other mod on turbo is the Alta spring.

Any suggestions why boost is so low?

I will keep saying that because most of the times thats the problem on boost problems, considering there is no leak..
Boost Solenoid Valve....Cost around 200E and there is ANY way to find it as a fault/code.
Hope this helps

There is no fault code. I started noticing lower boost when I installed the Alta spring. It was very difficult so I may have damaged it while putting it back in. Is there a way to see if the solenoid is the problem without taking it out? I have big hands that makes it difficult to access it.
