N14 1.55b (22psi) limit

Hello everyone,

I am sorry I dont own a r56 mini but a Peugeot 207 RC who shares the same engine 1.6 THP 175 (same as n14b16a) and I need help!

I did a lot of engine modifications on my 207 RC :
9:5:1 cp carillo forged pistons
ZRP rods
XXL intercooler
huge hybrid turbo
70mm decat (2.75’’) + full exhaust (2.5´´)
cold induction kit
JCW map sensors
Tial BOV
ECU : MED 17.4

We are curently working on a stage 3 files (aiming ~330hp)

but we are stuck and I need help from you because in France there isn’t anyone able to help us with this software...

We can’t go over 1.55b without a DTC P2263 ( overboost ) appears then my car goes to limp mod...
We really tried a lot of things but we don’t know how to control this « limit », we want to get ~1.8B.
We even tried to install JCW sensors (3B) but we face the same problem

Does anyone here found how to delete/push this 1.55b limit?

does anyone have informations ?

Where can we try things ? On MAP sensors voltage ?

Can we modify the limit value ??
thanks a lot 🙏🏻🙏🏻

How is the boost calculated? Is there a pressure sensor? I'm thinking modify its output - like a 2/3 voltage divider.

There's a map sensor on the intake manifold under where the intake for the turbo is mounted. There's also a pressure sensor on the cold side of the intercooler piping right next to the valve cover that talks with the maf sensor. It also acts as a iat sensor as well.

As for modifying it's direct voltage idk. Damn near all the tuners that can tune these cars can change the boost limit and also increase the voltage range that map sensor can read to determine boost levels. The jcw map sensor can read much higher than the S sensor can so you can read up over 2 bar. But they do that all software side.
