Clutch slave and master

Has anyone replaced both the slave and master cylinder and bled them both? I am about to replace the clutch master (***** of a job)
I've replaced the hydraulic master at the firewall.
The whole hydraulic system is dry at the moment.
1) How do I know the clutch master is filled
2) How do I bleed it
3) How do I fill the clutch slave and get the air out
Also what is the easiest way to remove the clutch master cylinder? By itself or by removing the pedals as one unit?

I don’t know how to do the master, but here is my experience with the slave.
