I'm thinking about swapping for leather front seats in my R56. I found some on eBay that are described as Clubman seats, but they look identical to those in R56. Does anyone know if there are any differences that would prevent the swap, such as size, different rails or spacing?

Everything from the r56 and r55 is the same from the b pillar forward or to the 3rd door.

keep in mind that the buckles from pre 2010 and post 2010 are different. you need to swap them over.

 

Yep, they changed and put the lock tensioner for crashes in the coil i believe.
