After installing a bigger intercooler I can not get my bumper to fit correctly. Its driving me crazy!!! Is there some where I need to trim to get it to fit correctly?

Forge or similar... Mine did the same.

I had an early production Forge... good unit... but I think the castings for the mounting on the end tanks is "off".

Lots of trial fitting and trimming....Trimming on the mounting towers and clearancing in the grille.... Yea it takes some work... Expecially if you have an older production of the IC.

Be patient and take your time to make it fit.... You'll be happy you did.

Dont force anything.
