hi guys, just was wondering if you could install electric folding mirrors from a 2013 r56 cooper s onto a possibly pre 2011 r56? also are first gen r56 and 2nd gen doors swappable?

 

Compare the wiring diagrams between the 2 model years. If the switch plugs are the same, then you could source the terminals for molex or similar and build your own harness. If you can get the pigtails from the donor car, that would make the project a lot easier.
