Replacing parking light/housing

I am looking for a video that demonstrates how to replace the front, passenger side, parking/signal light on my 2010 mini. Dealer wants $380 to put it on, another garage wants $250. I have looked on youtube but found only videos that show how to replace the bulb, not the entire housing.

I can buy the part for $83 at Pelican Auto parts.

Thanks in advance for any tips.

The fender light? Pop the fasteners for the wheel well liner, peel it back, and you'll see a couple jam nuts holding it on. Remove the nuts, and the light housing will pop out of the fender trim. Installation is the reverse process.

If you are talking about the "fog" light housing, if you can't get it out by removing the wheel well liner, you'll have to remove the bumper to get at it.

Are you talking about this one below? If so, our tech article should help you here: http://www.pelicanparts.com/techarti...eplacement.htm

If you're talking about the one in the fender (image below), we have the article here: http://www.pelicanparts.com/techarti...eplacement.htm

If you're talking about the parking light/fog light mounted in the bumper, it can be removed and replaced working thru the wheel well. You'll also need to remove the headlight. The pax side is pretty easy (30min). The driver's side is a bit harder because the windshield washer bottle is in the way. Look at post #4 on this thread https://www.northamericanmotoring.co...ml#post3545203

Sorry for the confusion guys. I called dealer and I called it the fog light, and he said it's called the parking light. It's the one in the bumper.

Thanks Pelican and ammodave. I'll look at the thread you mention.
