R56 front bumper removal/replacement

Does anyone have a guide to replacing a front bumper on a non-S R56?

A non-S and S should be the same as far as the bumper goes I believe. I just removed mine a week or so ago using that guide. Once you get going you find little tricks and don't need to remove as many of the two-piece fasteners.

Here's a video as well: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Hpg4YodLiIw

Good luck!

FWIW you can remove and replace the fog lights without removing the bumper. I replaced my parking lights with oem fogs about a year ago by working thru the wheel well. Basically, you first remove the headlights so you can reach down inside the cavity and remove the fog lights from the bumper (an offset torx screwdriver and a mirror will be handy). Then (while still working in the cavity) you remove the lights/reflectors from their mounting bracket. The right light can then be removed from the car thru the lower bulb access hole in the right fender well. The left side is more difficult because the washer bottle is in the way. You'll have to partially remove the left fender liner, remove the mtg bolts on the bottom of the bottle and the plastic fastener at the top. Now you can slightly lift the bottle and pull it rearward. It's a tight fit but the left light can then be removed thru the fender well. It took about 15 min to remove the right and about 45 min to do the left.
