I'm searching for a used K&N 57A-6033 filter plastic cover (filter replacement is P/N RC-5052).

I have discovered that my filter cover in my MINI is broken (surely when I changed the filter 6 months ago,I tightened the screws too strong and vibration did the job).
I can't find an new/used plastic cover without the hose and the other kit parts.
I just need the plastic part, I have all the kit parts and the paper filter too, there is not important nor necessary the filter, just the plastic cover.

Now, my option is spend $130 on a new one (kit with hose, bolts, etc).
I'm running right now with the filter cover glued with silicone, but it is not the idea.
I hope to have luck and find an used cover before buying a new entire kit.

Good luck, you can get just the filter, but not the outside and ring as a part #.

I was very lucky and I could find yesterday a "repentant buyer" who sold me the cover in red with the filter (new) for $80.

I could see "universal" chinese replicas for this K&N kit at eBay for less money but I preferred to spend more on the original part.
