Air Intake System

Hey Folks...

I've got a 2008 MCS....

The Air Filter housing mounts are broken and I think the fact that its so loose and shaking so much that its causing the hose connection to the turbo charger to come loose all the time.....

I'm thinking that if I am going to invest in repairing this... I might as well do an aftermarket air intake system that does not use the stock air filter box at all...

Any suggestions on brand/kit... ??

I am not particularly looking for the performance boost per say... but I'll take it... cost is more a factor than the performance boost really..

Check out the M7 Exact Fit CAI HERE. There is some good detailed information about it at that link. Let me know if you have any questions.

I have the Forge air intake currently installed. I think it's roughly $300, but I like it because it quiets the recirc valve noise more than other aftermarket intakes. So if keeping things quieter is a selling point I recommend that kit. If noise isn't an issue then I'd recommend the AEM kit just because it seems everyone that has one loves it.
