I recently swapped out my leaky turbo oil line plus a few other items which of course required me to remove the downpipe. Everything went smoothly, new gaskets and hardware was used where applicable, however I think I may have damaged my O2 sensor in the process as I used a deep O2 socket instead Mini version open sockets I've see online (i.e. ECS Tuning). My CEL is NOT illuminated and I have no current or pending codes but when I run OBD monitor tests (using different apps) I receive the below O2 related error. Am I correct in assuming that I need to replace my O2 sensor and is Bank1 Sensor1 the top sensor by the turbo?

Mechanical Info: 2007 MCS, 71k miles, 6 speed, Borla Cat-back, Alta intake, Alta boost tube, Wagner FMIC, Manic Stage 1+, freshly cleaned intake valves, new HPFP, new vacuum pump, fresh plugs, original coils, oil is always topped off and changed every 5k miles with, fresh BMW/Mini spec coolant.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. My registration is good through September but I assume I will not be able to pass inspection with this O2 error.
