Evolve Tune

I recently got my evolve tune stage 3 done, after some time of driving, my codes did come back, then went away, then one came back again. This code was 2745 for mixture adaptation max... I have the Evolve decay DP and apparently this code pertains to the lambda sensor. Do I need a new post-cat sensor? I'm lost as what to do. Car runs fine, seems to have more power behind it, but once that light is on, its like I'm in a sort of limp mode. Throttle has somewhat of a lag and the idle is slightly off. I cleared the code via the evolve r cable, it hasn't come back yet, but I assume it will.
