If you are not getting coolant out of the bleeder then you have air inside the system, you need to keep bleeding the system until you see coolant otherwise air will still be trap inside.
Inside there is only either air or coolant so one of the other have to come out soon or both at the same time but you need to keep bleeding and filling up the expansion tank.

 

Checked that part number and that's the one for the oil sending unit. Are they the same?

 

Shared parts on the plugs , some plugs are used in multiple connections. And some dont even show up on the ETK. (realoem )

Here is an update if you want to call it such. Stumbled onto Pelicans "How to change a temperature sensor" article while looking for clues to my problem. In it, they mention the plug coming apart and part of it staying in the old sensor.When this happens, the terminals don't center up and make proper contact. Looking at my plug, that's exactly where I am. I evidently lost the connector cover while changing out my first one. I have a new one on order but it decided to go on a road trip with the US Postal Service before it gets here. It was ordered in Ohio to my home in Ohio and it's now enjoying the sun and climate somewhere in West Palm Beach, Florida. (Ever wish you COULDN'T track you orders?)
So, Hopefully this new evidence fixes my problem whenever it gets here.

Yea, the tip of that plastic part plug is looks gone.

 

I hope my problem is that simple. If it is, do you know how much money and grief I caused
myself by losing that?
