Steering wheel emblem replacement

Anyone have any luck finding a new emblem that would stick over or replace my peeling steering wheel emblem? I don't want to have to replace the airbag just because of the emblem. It's a '12.

Yes, still under warranty. Would that be covered? Thanks!

There used to be domed stickers that apparently looked just fine when placed over the current steering badge or in place of it if you were able to get it out. Mine looks like hell so I've been scouring the internet for something (anything really) to cover it or replace it, but I've come up with nothing.

If anyone finds a stick on badge or something, please let us know.

My emblem did the same thing. I contacted my mini dealer and they replaced the airbag.

I bought one of those domed sticker replacements off ebay about a year ago. Fits great and looks like stock to the untrained eye. I just a had a look and sadly I don't think he is selling them anymore.

Perhaps there's a way to remove that silver retaining ring to allow the correct positioning of the emblem so it's level?
