Wanted down pipe/ exhaust 3" conversion kit

I have a Alta DP. At the end it's 3" my problem when it meets the exhaust that pipe is 2 1/2 ". I saw on line what seems like a conversion kit. It was a pic. I don't know if anyone sells this. Help please.
