R56 Sprint booster 2 or D1 spec?
Sprint booster 2 or D1 spec?
So i have a 2007 mini cooper non-S looking into either the sprint booster 2 or the D1 Spec .. which is better do they even makeke a D1 spec for a 2007 r56 mini coop hatchback on their site it only listed the clubman alittle help would be appreciated... think im going to get a DDM CAI unless the new Aem would work better but heard the air gets a little hotter.. as far as suspension parts think I'll go with the Hotchkis 25.5 mm rear sway bar any thoughts and suggestions i would appreciate ..i know its an automatic non s but the handling could be better in cornering .the throttle response could be alot better. And a cai would help it breathe a little better with a tiny bit of power increase...thanx all
I have the D1 on my R53 and love it. It has a lot more adjustability than the Sprint Booster. I adjust mine on every drive. It is a lot of fun going from economy to sport and feeling the difference in throttle response. I have the Hotchkis Sport 25.5 on order so,I can't tell you much about it yet. There are several write ups on it and that is why I went with it. As far as the CAIs I'm running an Alta so I have no info there for you. You will notice more performance with your naturally aspirated engine than we do with our forced air engines. I have had at least 5 different CAIs on different naturally aspirated engines and the smaller the engine the more you noticed the performance gain.
