R56 is the stock air filter broken?
Not normal, but not bad. The actual bolt that holds the bottom of the housing in place is on the other end of the air filter housing. I think it's a captive screw, but I don't remember. You may have to take the top off and remove the air filter to see what's going on.
Looks like you have a Euro R56 MINI Cooper S , No MAF.
The air intake box should have a screw that holds down the passenger side.
The grommet on the intake manifold look damaged or loose. Replace them , the pegs ( feet of the lower airbox ) will hold tight then. 3 on them and the 4th is part of that screw connection on the passenger side.
