I received a Mann C5082 when I placed an order for my 2010 Mini Cooper r56 manual transmission. The C5092 has some sort of rubber extension/handle/gasket on one end. When I search for a filter from Bavauto, the result shows Mann C37100, which does not have the rubber extension/handle/gasket on the end. I have not yet popped open the filter housing to compare what I received with the configuration of the filter currently on the car, but I suspect that the rubber handle/extension/gasket won't fit in my Mini and that it is for another car.

If you need Mann filter you can come to us and we have the correct ones. Some of those other Parts shops and online shops have MINI parts all mixed up.

Looks like you have the Euro R56 MINI Cooper ( NON S ) filter . Are you in the US ?

Agree with ECS, lots of confusion out there about Mini parts. I went through a lot of conflicting info on spark plugs, bought them from ECS eventually.

Confused as to why you don't open up the air intake and look however.
