Car won't turn over after spark plug replacement –*SOLVED (dead battery).

I started replacing my spark plugs today when I stupidly used a normal sized socket and got it stuck. After a couple hours of tugging and some generous Liquid Wrench I finally got it out, and the rest of the process went swimmingly. I started the car after replacing the first one just to make sure everything was OK and it fired up just fine. After I replaced the final 3 I reset the service light and went inside for lunch, when I thought I had better try starting it again. Well, lo and behold, it won't even turn over now. Do I have to yank out each plug one at a time? Where would you start?

TL;DR I replaced spark plugs and now the car won't turn over –*I just hear a click and the dash lights flicker. Any suggestions?

Sounds like a dead battery if the dash lights flicker. Did you leave the ignition on while swapping them?

I may have, though it wasn't on purpose. I was thinking dead battery as well, but ruled it out because...well, because I'm stupid – let me try jumping it with the wife's car. Thanks!

Not a problem! Always better to find out it's a battery and not a seized engine.
