And I still have blue smoke...but not as much? The turbo did have shaft play compared to the JMTC JCW turbo. Maybe it's normal, not sure. At least I know it's the valve seals now.
If the turbo was blowing oil out the exhaust, the cat is soaked and it will take a couple days to burn off. You may be done.

Also, some of the oil will be burnt onto the cat clogging it up... Causing back pressure and prematurely wearing down the new turbo thrust bearing.

Looks like in the list the OP says the DP was replaced as well, so that would have taken care of any cat issue.

Yea, my turbo did not fail...or at least not catastrophically. So it did not drop a ton of oil in the cat. Plus as stated above, I replaced the DP/Cat.

Should I worry about the second cat causing Back Pressure? Below is a picture of the inside of the 1st Cat. I guess it looks ok?

Check back pressure

The photo of your cats. Look pretty bad. I've done a few r56 where cat was so clogged the car wouldn't even start. If you can do a back pressure test on the exhaust.

Yes, a clogged second cat will cause back pressure. If your valves are leaking and you're still spitting out oil, I'd worry about the new dp(if it's got a cat) and ultimately the turbo.

you bought a N14 , I guess one of the what MINI said is normal using a quart of oil every 1K BS .

I have been doing research on valve seal replacements on this engine. Doesn't seem like much information about it. I don't even see anything about it in the Bentley manual.

I have seen a lot regarding the BMW N62 engine. Are the valve trains similar? If so, it looks like it wouldn't be hard to do with head on. Check out this video on the N62:
