Need help.

I have an 09 S clutch went out on it a few weeks back replaced that and started having problems occur. First the clutch slave cylinder broke got that fixed, then the battery got a dead cell so replaced that. After i replaced the bad battery it started and ran for about a min then would die, it was about 20° F out side so i just thought it was cold. Tried again a few min later it started up ran for a min then died again. Waited a few min tried again and all i got was a click high pitch noise and nothing else, as though the battery is dead. Hooked it up to a battery charger and jumped it and still only a click and high pitch noise. Tried a few more times and the 4th time i seen white smoke, so I stopped and let the car sit for a while. Tried again a few days later it cranked over two or three times then back to the click and high pitch noise. Let it sit a few more days and tried again and now its just click high pitch noise and of I try to many times white smoke. The car is not throwing any codes. I need help I'm all out of ideas and i have now way of getting it to my local dealer that does not cost an arm leg and first born child.

Sorry for the long post tried to get all events that happened. Thanks in advanced for any help.

Where is the smoke coming from? Feel your battery cables after you crank it and see white smoke if it's near the cables. Or just look at your cables and make sure they are not melting from a short.

Smoke seems to be coming from bottom of car. Battery cables are fine nothing showing that they may be shorting. Im planning on pulling the starter and taking it to be tested on my day off to see if its bad or not. Unless there is no reason to pull it out. I'm open to try anything.
