R56 broke into last night

I came out to my 2013 R56 to this crap

My passenger side door was open and glove box was open. SECRET COMPARTMENT FTW. They didn't take my large sized bottle of Calven Klein cologne in secret compartment and I just emptied about 10 dollars of quarters the day before. There was nothing in my car and they broke the center console for nothing.

I'm assuming the whole console needs to be replaced or can I get away with just replacing the top slider part. Furthermore, does anyone know the part number(s) by any chance.

That sticks. So the secret compartment saved the day , nice !

Did they brake the tabs on the armrest lid , top slider parts? Check the rails, the top slider just snaps right out. if the rails are good it will snap back in.

Does not look like the armrest is busted.

Was the door unlocked ? Did they damage the lock ?

Here is the part for the top lid. Compare it to the old one. 51162753341

Let me know if you find anymore damage and I can help you out. If you find more damage , I would see if the insurance will help out.

How could it have broke? I have by accident slide the top off while driving, it should have separated without breaking. To remove it all you got to do is slide it back at an angle. I was going to say they get brittle with age but yours is a 2013 model. Sorry for your troubles.

I'll take a look at it in the morning. I thought the plastic had snapped. Thanks ECS tuning.

Sorry to hear about that--hopefully your console will be OK. Secret compartment is pretty nifty.

OK so just one of the clips is broken but I think it might slide back on. If I can get it to slide back on and stay closed I'll be happy since I only used it as a armreset anyways. I tried for quite a bit to get it back on this morning. What's the trick?

update: even with one of the clips broke I still got it to slide back on and stay in place. my right arm is happy again
