R56 Where do these vacuum pipes go
Where do these vacuum pipes go
Hey guys so I am trying to figure out where these vacuum pipes plug into and thing I have got myself all mixed up.
We go two pipes, one coming from the wastegate and the other the vacuum pump,
Am I correct in saying the one from the wastegate goes into the vacuum pressure convertor, then the one from the vacuum pump goes into the first hole to the left on the charcoal canister, and the one pipe from charcoal canister where the arrow/line is pointing goes back into the pressure convertor.
I think this has been the cause of my petrol tank not venting and popping and well zero boost, I think these pipes were put in the wrong order.
Could this also have been causing the system to be too lean at idle bank 1 and all the misfires on 1 and 3 and erratic idle and half power due to it thinking there was a problem with the throttle actuator?.
All these parts were fine before the clutch was changed, came back with a million and one problems.
I know I am shooting in the dark, but I checked and triple checked every pipe and can only come to the conclusion that when they replaced the clutch they may have wired this all wrong.
I know you probably saying well start it and find out, but my battery is dead, so I am waiting for someone to give me a jump start.
