O2 sensor not ready

Does anyone know what the specific conditions are for the o2 sensor to switch to ready or at least any suggestions. I keep getting rejected from my emissions test from the o2 sensors not being ready. However, other then the cat all the monitors are ready.

I am tuned with a 200 cell cat but according to Evolve the sensor has not been altered to an unreadiness status or anything. and It should be ready.

Generally that would indicate the sensor is not hot enough. Check to see if the heater circuit is open, or possible just a bad heater in the o2 itself.

The o2 sensor is brand new as of 5 days ago. As well the heated o2 monitor is ready, which makes it even more confusing as to why the o2 sensor wont switch on.

So, I figured out for whatever reason the computer deletes all the information stored for the EVAP and o2 sensor. Has anyone else ever experienced this?
