R56 More bang for my buck...?
Definately go for DP, the hot gases spend more time in a catted DP than it would in a much more free flowing pipe (DP). You get the sound that comes with it and should gain some HP and some great sound, a CAI won't do either of those. It wouldn't hurt to start saving up for a catless DP.
I am aware that it will smell, hopefully not as bad as my buddy's straight-piped mustang gt!
This thread smells of creator advice and pipe dreams. Seriously just waste the money on track days and learn how to drive your car then go from there. That is what I wish I had five instead of spending the money that I have on the car to the point where it doesn't make sense too get rid of it.
